1. ChronosHub ( https://chronoshub.io/ )：Streamline Your Open Access Management
2014年Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation宣布OA計畫，而後於2016年與Chronos與合作建立ChronosHub平台協助管理OA投稿事宜(包含選刊、政策是否符合、付費、授權等)，將OA投稿流程化(streamline)，不只簡單化研究者的投稿流程，也減輕出版社、資助者及機構的行政負擔，是一個可以讓四方都受惠的管理平台。
ChronosHub目前是由一家丹麥的私人公司ISSRC ApS所擁有。ChronosHub四個主要功能：
1-1 Journal Finder：
收錄超過4000多種期刊資料，資料來源為Sherpa Romeo, Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ等，研究者可以透過Journal Finder找尋符合機構或是經費資助者政策的期刊投稿。

1-2 APC & Compliance Management：
稿件被接受之後，ChronosHub會處理出版社的invoice並且確認文章是否符合資助者及機構的出版政策及規定(doi, 授權規範等)。
1-3 OA Reporting & Analytics：
ChronosHub提供管理者使用數據及分析報告，例如outputs per grant, org unit, subject area, OA type, etc. over time and including all amounts (APCs, discounts, pages charges, etc.)。
1-4 Repository Deposit Management：
ChronosHub會自動典藏出版文章至PubMed Central，機構則可以利用ChronosHub API將資料整合至機構典藏庫等，不用透過研究者。
目前除了Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation基金會，出版社Emerald也採用ChronosHub管理系統。

2. Oable (http://www.oable.org/ )：The Open Access Management Solution for Institutions Oable是由德國開放取用推動組織Knowledge Unlatched為機構開發的OA管理系統，於2021年正式上線，目前有美國愛荷華州立大學、Los Alamos National Laboratory、Z. Smith Reynolds Library of Wake Forest University、奧地利Institute of Science and Technology及德國Forschungszentrum Jülich等5個機構開始試用 Oable。 Oable可以協助機構在不同出版社及合約規範之下處理研究者的OA稿件(Approve-Pay-Report)；Oable與許多系統及資料平台如ExLibris’ Esploro and Alma, Researcher App, OpenAPC/OpenBPC 和 Open Journal System (OJS)合作。 Oable的網頁上有三個步驟(Approve-Pay-Report)的教學影片：https://oable.org/
3. RightsLink® for Scientific Communications
由Copyright Clearance Center(CCC)為出版社開發的RightsLink® for Scientific Communications是為了改善出版社在開放取用出版的工作流程，簡化處理Read and Publish合約的流程。
